  • All animals MUST have up to date vaccinations (including kennel cough for dogs)

  • Owners MUST bring the current vaccination card for their pet along with them on arrival. We reserve the right to refuse admission without it. Telephone confirmation of vaccination status with the Vet will incur a charge.

  • If the animal becomes unwell during its stay, veterinary advice will be sought & treatment administered

Any pre-existing conditions or follow up appointments on pre-existing conditions will be at owners expense.

  • We can not accept responsibility for any injury sustained whilst sharing a pen with another family member – our insurance doesn't cover this in the event of a claim.

  • Cancellation of a booking without prior notice of 4 days notice, we reserve the right to charge the full boarding fee for the period agreed. If you wish to collect your pet early or deliver later than the dates agreed, the full boarding fee will still be charged. When booking their length of stay, please ensure you have made allowances for days travelling/flight times.

  • Payment on COLLECTION please, by either cash or cheque

  • Whilst the pet is with us, it is insured, BUT not for pre-existing conditions. If your pet becomes ill immediately on leaving the kennels, we must be notified within 48 hours. On entry to the boarding facility, your pet will be checked for any visible signs of illness & may refuse entry if we suspect it may be contagious. If the pet becomes ill within the first 24 hours, it will be considered as a pre-existing condition.

  • Although we are staffed 24 hours a day, we do insist you respect our business hours which are 8am – 7pm seven days a week. If you wish to make a booking outside our business hours, please email us.

  • We do encourage new clients to view the kennels prior to boarding, this is done by prior arrangement so that there is a member of staff free to show you around & answer your questions.

  • All pets should have been wormed & flea treated prior to boarding. If we see any evidence of worms or fleas on your pet we will treat with veterinary products, this will be at the owners expense.

Bookings are only accepted on the understanding that all of these conditions are agreed to, the signature on the form covers your pets boarding for subsequent boarding. You also give us the right to liaise with your vet during your absence. This includes discussing your pet's medical records & allowing us to sigh consent forms for any treatment your vet sees fit.
